We understand that your event encompasses not only beautiful elements but also logistical details behind the scenes. Budgets, contracts, and timelines can all seem daunting. We help lighten this load as well. We’ll help you formalize your budget and assist you in adhering to it. We’ll also keep you on schedule with your planning steps and vendor payments.
Throughout the planning process, we’ll ensure that if you have any cultural, religious, or personal family elements, they are incorporated seamlessly into the layout and design of the day. We understand that there are numerous vendors to choose from, so we spend quality time both in and out of season building relationships to provide you with the best recommendations so that together we can determine who works best for you. We’ll then help negotiate those contracts and remain the point of contact for not only your vendors but also your family and bridal party.
Closer to the start of your event, we’ll organize final timelines and itineraries for all vendors and wedding party members. Small details to welcome guests to your event, such as welcome gifts or small celebratory meals, are also planned and executed. Finally, our multi-person team assists in the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, preparing for an exceptional event celebration the next day.
Our wedding styling and planning service is $11,000
We also provide event design and planning for life’s celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and retirements. This service is priced at 10% of the total event budget, with a minimum budget of $8,000.
